TUNING
We have the best snowboard and ski tuning in the Aspen/Snowmass area, and here's why:

• Drop your board or skis off at night and be ready to go by the next morning; available at any of our locations as specified at the time of drop-off.


• All of our tuning is done by qualified, experienced technicians.


• To ensure the best snowboard tune, we use state-of-the-art Grindrite tuning equipment in addition to our stone grinder, edger and belt grinder.


• Wax is important: we follow the snow conditions to match the right wax for the snow the next day, so you get the best on-snow experience possible.

Beginner's Magic™
Beginner's Magic is a Ski & Snowboard School program offering a complete package of lesson, lift ticket and equipment rental. The Aspen/Snowmass rental department has made the rental process even easier by introducing a beginner-specific rental location, Four-Mountain Beginner's Magic at the base of the Elk Camp Gondola. The gondola provides stress-free beginner access to the new Elk Camp Meadows learning area. The rental shop offers a hassle-free location and service, providing you with everything you need to get started on the slopes for the first time.

The concept of Four-Mountain Beginner's Magic is to eliminate confusion and anxiety about the rental process. The shop focuses on slowing down the whole process, allowing the beginner to understand the equipment and how it works while obtaining a near-perfect fit in a relaxed environment. Accessories such as hats, gloves, goggles, etc. are also available. Ski & Snowboard School pros will lead beginners from the store to the beginner meeting location at Elk Camp Meadows atop the Elk Camp Gondola.

Four-Mountain Kids
As the renaissance of base village at Snowmass continues, this year will see the opening of the long-anticipated Treehouse Kids' Adventure Center. This amazing facility will house programs for children ages 8 weeks to 4 years and will be the staging area for all Ski & Snowboard School programs for ages 17 and under. In the heart of the lobby for this amazing attraction will be the NEW Four-Mountain Kids store, which will provide tomorrow's little rippers with the latest on-mountain apparel and accessories to keep kids safe, warm and dry. Four-Mountain Kids has teamed up with Obermeyer and Spyder Kids to round out an exceptional children's product line that includes everything from jackets and pants to gloves and wrist guards as well as Aspen/Snowmass T-shirts, hoodies, and hats. NEW Alpine Retail & Demo Center in Snowmass Village
In an effort to continue to service all rental and retail guests each year we have opened a new Four-Mountain Sports Retail and Demo Center in Snowmass Village. Aspen community local Ron Morehead will be the new manager of this shop and brings with him 30+ years of retail, rental, and tuning experience. Aspen/Snowmass outerwear sponsor Helly Hansen as well as Spyder, Dalbello, Salomon, K2, Volkl, Technica, Smith, Oakley and many others will all be featured in the new store which will open Thanksgiving 2007, just in time for the winter season ahead. This store will offer all the latest and best skis, boots and bindings, so if you are unsure what to buy, come in and demo on the slopes before committing to a purchase.
